Technical Sales Engineer – Watton, Norfolk – 25-30k plus, package
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Engineering Business.
To take lead on all technical and commercial aspects of live enquiry bids
To be the client point of contact for the life cycle of the bid to delivery
To build strong relationships with technical teams and procurement within the client project teams
Give technical and sales presentation on products and services to new and existing customers
Attend formal bid clarification meetings globally
Interpret client’s enquiry documents, prepare designs and draft formal tender responses to tight customer specified deadlines
Work with Project Managers post order to negotiate discounts on major sub-vendor bought out items
Monthly reporting on targeted projects and future projects
Regular travel will be required every month to close both technical and commercial bids in front of the client to secure business
Qualifications and Experience
2-3 Years Engineering Sales Experience – Oil and Gas preferred
HND or Degree in Engineering
Negotiation and presentation skills
